The Eveleigh's version is what they call the Old Old Fashioned. No salad, no over-dilution, just whiskey, bitters and sugar served over ice.

Serving suggestion
Serve ice cold in a rocks glass and garnish with an orange twist.

Store at room temperature, chill before serving (ideal temp -5 to -7°C)
Refrigerate after opening and consume within three days
