We ship to every postcode in Australia!

  • Melbourne SAME DAY Gifts Delivery T&C’s

Available on the Melbourne SAME DAY range only, we offer a direct courier service to selected Melbourne postcodes Monday - Friday. Same Day Delivery is available on Melbourne SAME DAY items only until the daily cut off 12:30PM - or UNTIL BOOKED OUT. Our Big Mickie Cookie Cakes are available for same day delivery if ordered before 10am. If the day you order on is unavailable you will be shown the next available date on our delivery calendar. Please note, Same Day Delivery is not available over the weekend or on Public Holidays. All orders will be delivered between 1:30pm - 6pm. During peak holiday periods and on Fridays, delivery times may be delayed.. If the day you order on is unavailable you will be shown the next available date on our delivery calendar - the date you select from these options is the date your order will be delivered. Please note, Same Day Delivery is not available on weekends or on Public Holidays. We do NOT deliver to PO Boxes

Delivery fee starts from $14.95 and there are exceptions to some suburbs that are a bit more due to the distance of the delivery from our bakery. Your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.

If you have specific delivery time requirements (e.g., by a certain time or within a time frame), a $20 surcharge will apply.

The courier will do their best to deliver the cookies safe and sound. The recipient will receive a text message when the delivery is en route. The driver will call the recipient when the parcel is about to arrive. The provided email address will receive an email notification about the parcel's arrival.

However, in the following cases, the courier will be unable to deliver the parcel successfully and will bring it back to our store.
A re-delivery fee will apply to schedule another delivery:
 1) If the recipient is not home or unable to receive the order.
 2) If there isn’t a safe place to leave the parcel unattended.
 3) If the provided address is incorrect.
 4) If the recipient’s number is incorrect (e.g., incorrect number, non-Australian number, or the sender's number was provided instead). No refunds will be issued in the case of an incorrect recipient number.
 5) If a PO Box was entered

  • National Shipment Delivery 

All items outside of the Melbourne Same Day Delivery range are sent with Australia Post Express. When you reach checkout, you will be prompted to select a date you would like your order to be SENT. Please note, this is NOT the day your order will arrive. The calendar will show you the first available date.

Shipping fee is a flat rate of $16.95. 

If in doubt, we recommend selecting an earlier dispatch date to allow a few extra days. Our cookies are all heat sealed so will stay fresh if they do arrive early. Alternatively, you can always send the gift to yourself ahead of the date, and then gift the cookies in person!

  • Order Pick Up

If you’d prefer to come and collect your order, you can select the Store Pickup option at checkout, select a time between 10am-4pm and come to our Sweet Mickie shop to pick up your cookies - earlier or later pickups can be requested if needed. We are located at 133 Gipps Street, Collingwood, VIC 3066

  • Shipping & Tracking

Shipping Address Change 

We always recommend double checking your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order to avoid any disappointment. If the shipping address provided is incorrect (i.e. incorrect unit number or suburb), the parcel will be deemed undeliverable and returned to us. The customer will be responsible for re-delivery fees if this does occur. Sweet Mickie is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information.

If you have inputted the incorrect shipping address and your order is still processing, please email us at ’team@sweetmickie.com’ and we can definitely update the shipping details of your order. Please note, we are unable to edit billing details once your order has been placed. 

Accepting/Receiving Deliveries 

We give permission for Sweet Mickie gift boxes to be left in a safe place, however if the courier feels there is nowhere safe to leave the package then it may be taken to your local post office. Sweet Mickie cannot be held responsible if your cookies are not able to be left in a safe place, as this decision is made by the courier at their discretion.

Shipping To More Than One Address

If you are ordering cookies to multiple addresses, these will need to be put through as separate orders. For corporate enquiries to multiple addresses, please contact ‘sales@sweetmickie.com’ 

Tracking

Our same day orders are delivered between 1:30pm - 6pm depending on the delivery route. You will receive tracking information by text once your order has been picked up from our shop in Collingwood. This will give you an estimated delivery window

International Shipping

Right now, we only offer Australia wide shipment.
