Whatever the reason, we have got you covered with our Melbourne SAME DAY Delivery! Monday - Friday, Delivery 1:30pm-6pm. During peak holiday periods and on Fridays, delivery times may be delayed.

Same Day Delivery is available until the daily cut off 12:30PM - or UNTIL BOOKED OUT. Our Big Mickie Cookie Cakes are available for same day delivery if ordered before 10am. If the day you order on is unavailable you will be shown the next available date on our delivery calendar. Please note, Same Day Delivery is not available over the weekend or on Public Holidays. We do NOT deliver to PO Box addresses.

Delivery fee starts from $14.95 and there are exceptions to some suburbs that are a bit more due to the distance of the delivery from our bakery. Your delivery cost will be calculated at checkout.

If you have specific delivery time requirements (e.g., by a certain time or within a time frame), a $20 surcharge will apply.

The courier will do their best to deliver the cookies safe and sound. The recipient will receive a text message when the delivery is en route. The driver will call the recipient when the parcel is about to arrive. The provided email address will receive an email notification about the parcel's arrival.

However, in the following cases, the courier will be unable to deliver the parcel successfully and will bring it back to our store.
A re-delivery fee will apply to schedule another delivery:
1) If the recipient is not home or unable to receive the order.
2) If there isn’t a safe place to leave the parcel unattended.
3) If the provided address is incorrect.
4) If the recipient’s number is incorrect (e.g., incorrect number, non-Australian number, or the sender's number was provided instead). No refunds will be issued in the case of an incorrect recipient number.
5) If a PO Box was entered

Why do I need to provide the recipient's phone number?
To ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly ask for the recipient's phone number instead of the sender's. Drivers often need to contact the recipient directly if there are any issues finding the location. Additionally, the recipient receives a message when the delivery is on its way, which helps ensure everything goes smoothly and that they receive their gift without delay. If the driver is unable to locate the recipient due to an incorrect phone number, a redelivery fee may apply.
Rest assured, this won’t spoil the surprise! The recipient won’t know who sent the gift (unless a gift card is included). The delivery confirmation will be sent to the sender’s email, allowing you to notify the recipient at your convenience.

We ship to every postcode in Australia! Shipping fee is a flat rate of $16.95.

National Shipment Delivery
All items outside of the Melbourne Same Day Delivery range are sent with Australia Post Express. When you reach checkout, you will be prompted to select a date you would like your order to be SENT. The calendar will show you the first available date. Please note, this is NOT the day your order will arrive.

Once your cookies have been lovingly made, packed and sent from our store, you will receive an email with tracking information to give you an idea of when you can expect your order to arrive.

Getting your cookies sent out on time is one of our main priorities, however delays may occur once the parcel leaves our store and is outside of our control. In these instances, Sweet Mickie cannot be held responsible for delays or early arrivals. If in doubt, we recommend selecting an earlier dispatch date to allow a few extra days. Our cookies are all heat sealed so will stay fresh if they do arrive early.

Melbourne Same Day Delivery
Available on the Melbourne SAME DAY range only, we offer a direct courier service to selected Melbourne postcodes on Monday - Friday (see Melbourne SAME DAY Gifts Delivery T&C’s listed above for eligible areas). Same Day Delivery is available on Melbourne SAME DAY items only until the daily cut off 12:30PM - or UNTIL BOOKED OUT.

If the day you order on is unavailable you will be shown the next available date on our delivery calendar - the date you select from these options is the date your order will be dispatched and delivered. Please note, Same Day Delivery is not available over the weekend or on Public Holidays.

Order Pick Up
If you’d prefer to come and collect your order, you can select the Store Pickup option at checkout, select a time between 10am-4pm and come to our Sweet Mickie shop to pick up your cookies - earlier or later pickups can be requested if needed.

Order Tracking
Our same day orders are delivered between 1:30pm - 6pm depending on the delivery route. During peak holiday periods and on Fridays, delivery times may be delayed. The recipient's phone will receive a text notificaton with the driver's contact number once your order has been picked up from our shop. Recipients can contact the driver for the latest updates

You can track Auspost order in https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search with tracking number in shipment confirmation email. Normally it will take 1 business day to deliver to most of VIC areas and interstate cities and 1-3 business days to deliver to remote areas.

Accepting/Receiving Deliveries
We give permission for Sweet Mickie gift boxes to be left in a safe place, however if the courier feels there is nowhere safe to leave the package then it may be taken to your local post office. Sweet Mickie cannot be held responsible if your cookies are not able to be left in a safe place, as this decision is made by the courier at their discretion.

For Melbourne Same Day/Scheduled Day Deliveries, if the recipient is not home and there isn’t a safe place to leave the parcel unattended, the courier may return the cookies to our store and a re-delivery fee will apply for us to book another delivery.

Shipping Address Change
We always recommend double checking your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order. If the shipping address provided is incorrect (i.e. incorrect unit number or suburb), the parcel will be deemed undeliverable and returned to us. The customer will be responsible for re-delivery fees if this does occur.Sweet Mickie is not responsible for parcels that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect information.

If you have inputted the incorrect shipping address and your order is still processing, please email us at ’team@sweetmickie.com’ and we can definitely update the shipping details of your order. Please note, we are unable to edit billing details once your order has been placed.

Multiple Addresses
If you are ordering cookies to multiple addresses, these will need to be put through as separate orders. For corporate enquiries to multiple addresses, please contact ‘sales@sweetmickie.com’
